Monse Vazquez, BA
Monse Vazquez is a bilingual Care Coordinator with a background in psychology and over five years of experience working with individuals and families across various healthcare settings.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University.
Throughout her career, Monse has worked closely with individuals navigating complex medical conditions, mental health concerns, and difficult life circumstances. Her experience in care coordination, patient advocacy, and community-based services has shaped her understanding of how deeply emotional well-being is connected to physical health, relationships, and the environments in which people live.
Her interest in psychology stems from a genuine curiosity about human behavior, particularly how our early experiences, relationships, and family dynamics influence who we become. She is especially interested in helping individuals develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. This interest, along with her experiences working with underserved communities, inspired her to pursue a career in mental health.
At Amaghi Inc., Monse is passionate about helping individuals and families feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their care. She values the opportunity to be part of an organization that emphasizes culturally responsive, compassionate care and recognizes the importance of treating each person as a whole.
Monse is fluent in English and Spanish and is particularly passionate about books, family, and making mental health resources more accessible to individuals and communities who may otherwise face barriers to receiving care.
